PHYSICAL THERAPY FOR INFANTS & CHILDREN
At Precious Movements Physical Therapy, we understand that bringing your child for PT services may seem scary and can result in some fear and anxiety. Parent/child education is extremely important to us and as such, we strive to put your mind at ease with an understanding of your child’s diagnosis and strategies that can be implemented at home.
All treatment sessions are provided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy in a one-on-one treatment atmosphere, utilizing toys and games to enhance your child’s participation in our sessions. We evaluate your child’s age appropriate milestones, range of motion, strength, flexibility, posture, gait, balance, and coordination. We will then develop a treatment plan that fits your child’s needs.
